As CEO of Ninety Nine SB Investment L.L.C., he drives the group’s global growth from its UAE base, expanding 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant from the GCC to Rabat, Monaco and soon London’s Mayfair, while launching KO by 99 at Madrid’s Bernabéu Stadium. His strategic acumen and operational excellence have earned 99 Sushi Bar a MICHELIN Star for three consecutive years and multiple industry accolades. Named Spanish Businessman of the Year 2025 and featured yearly in Caterer Middle East’s Power List, Jaime continues to redefine modern luxury dining worldwide.
