A seasoned professional with over a decade of expertise in dynamic hospitality and real estate sectors in Dubai. My journey began in 2009, contributing to the pre-opening team of Holiday Inn Express Dubai International Airport Hotel. I later transitioned into front office operations, gaining valuable insights in reservations and travel consultancy.
In July 2017, I strategically moved to Dubai’s Real Estate/Holiday Homes industry, managing reservations for PK Holidays until November 2022. This experience provided extensive exposure to Dubai’s short-term rental market. In 2018, I obtained RERA certification, enhancing my understanding of real estate.
Also performed the role of Team Manager at AX Holidays, the short-term rental division of AX Capital Real Estate. Proven track record in portfolio development, negotiation, and team leadership. Proficient in optimizing processes, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maximizing revenue. With strong leadership skills, poised for success at the intersection of hospitality and real estate.
Currently working as the Head of Revenue at mr.alfred, leveraging my expertise in optimizing revenue strategies to contribute to the success of mr.alfred and its partners.
