Amani leads Airbnb’s public policy engagement across the Middle East, working closely with governments and partners to support the growth of the short-term rental ecosystem and promote fair, proportionate regulations that enable the sector to thrive.
Prior to Airbnb, Amani built her career in public policy and government affairs across the GCC. She led a public policy practice at global consulting firm GHD in Dubai, advising governments on strategy, policy, and organizational transformation. She also spent five years at Harvard Kennedy School of Government, leading the university’s largest Middle East collaboration: a multi-disciplinary public policy program delivered in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Government.
Throughout her career, Amani has been a passionate advocate for the transformational potential of the Middle East, championing smart policy solutions that drive sustainable growth and innovation.
