With over 20 years in Dubai’s real estate market and more than 30 years of combined experience in technology and PropTech, I have established myself as a trusted authority in driving transparency and innovation across the real estate sector. My work has consistently bridged the gap between real estate and technology, shaping how data and digital solutions are applied to modern real estate markets.
I am the Founder & CEO of RealTrust, a FinTech digital escrow and real estate transaction platform built to give international investors a seamless, secure, and transparent way to transact in the UAE. By combining escrow, foreign exchange, and full-service transaction management, RealTrust is redefining how cross-border investors access Dubai’s property market.
Previously, I spearheaded several industry-shaping initiatives, including Mo’asher, Dubai’s first Official House Price Index developed with the Dubai Land Department, and the launch of Property Monitor and Data Finder, two of the region’s most comprehensive real estate data platforms. These contributions were instrumental in advancing data transparency within Dubai’s real estate sector and played a pivotal role in elevating the city’s position in JLL’s Global Real Estate Market Transparency Index.
As a Harvard alumna, I continue to advise government entities, developers, and financial institutions on PropTech, digital transformation, and data strategies, while leading RealTrust’s mission to build the future of trusted real estate transactions in the UAE.
