Bio
I am Federico Ruiz, founder of Livit, a real estate investment advisory firm in Dubai dedicated to helping people invest with security and transparency. We focus on innovation and operational excellence, steering clear of noise and haste. My goal is to guide our clients towards financial freedom and a secure future through well-managed investments. With an MBA from ESADE Business School and a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, I am committed to maximizing investments in the dynamic Dubai real estate market.
I gained valuable experience as Director of Operations at Valmont, an American multinational leader in its sector. During this time, I worked across various countries and cultures, specializing in processes, quality, lean manufacturing, team management, and international leadership. I was recognized as a top talent and one of the youngest managers in international roles. I had the opportunity to work on some of the world’s most significant irrigation projects and also delivered talks on leadership, management, and entrepreneurship.
In addition to my role at Livit, I am honored to serve as President of ESADE Alumni in Dubai, where, along with the board team, we promote events on current topics that inspire and engage our Alumni.
Currently, I am exploring innovations in artificial intelligence, which will enable Livit to stay at the forefront of the real estate sector.
I am passionate about leadership, team management, operational excellence, artificial intelligence, continuous improvement and stock markets. I would love to connect with professionals and leaders across various sectors to share knowledge, explore new opportunities, and build relationships based on trust and shared success.
