Bio
Boris Pavlov is the co-founder & CEO of Flataway, an AI-native SaaS helping vacation rental managers build direct-booking websites with natural language and turn them into mini-OTAs. Formerly a property manager himself, he launched and scaled one of the largest operators in Europe, which was acquired by Renters.pl in 2024. After seven years operating thousands of short-term rentals in 14 markets, Boris and his team are now focused on reducing OTA dependence for operators around the globe, leveraging AI and their proprietary industry connector with native PMS integrations – Calry. Boris is also the chair of the Bulgarian STR Association, part of EHHA, and hosts the Scale Central and Eastern Europe show.
